Grab Google Sheet Tab URLs

I have a google sheet that was about 40 or so tabs.  On a blank tab, which I'll create in the same spreadsheet, I'd like to generate a list of tab names in column a and tab urls in column b

I used this command

gam config csv_output_header_filter "sheets.*.properties.title,sheets.*.properties.sheetId,spreadsheetUrl" user us...@domain.com print sheet <sheet id> fields sheets,spreadsheeturl

Took the results and put into Excel and within a few minutes had the url of each sheet.
