Error 404: Resource Not Found: userKey - notFound

Hey Jay,

Thanks for great software. It makes my job much easier. Most recently when I tried to run gam info user <username> I get:

Error 404: Resource Not Found: userKey - notFound

Googling didn't help. How can I troubleshoot this?

Does the user account exist? Is it an alias? do gam whatis <complete email address>. Try it with gam info user <complete email add>

hen calling Directory API, you must always specify the full email address of the user or else the Google unique id of the user. It's not sufficient to simply provide the local part of the username as this does not allow Google to determine which Google Apps domain the user is associated with.
