modify licenses to bulk users

Hi team,

I am trying to add or modify the gsuite licenses for bulk users. But i am not able to figure out a way to add or modify bulk licenses to existing gsuite users via GAM. However i am able to do it for a single user at a time. But we do have around 17000 users and we cannot do this operation individually.
 
Please help us with a suitable solution.

What type of license are you moving from and to? What single command works for you? Should be possible to do something like:

gam print licenses sku <old license> | gam csv - gam user ~userId update license <new license> from <old license>
