Manage mail recipient addresses?

Is it possible to manage the "recipient address map" with any of the GAM versions? I'm specifically trying to basically get around the 30 alias limit by using the method described here: https://www.goldyarora.com/blog/create-more-than-30-email-aliases-in-g-suite/

Most settings inside the admin console aren't accessible via any API, and as such GAM can't do anything.
