sendas setting error

Dear everybody,

i'm struggeling with GAM today, i'm trying to setup sendas to some user of a domain...

the command i use is (from the Wiki documentation):

gam.py user prova4 sendas mioni...@domain.it "mio nome" default

i get this error:

User pro...@domain.it does not exist.

the question is...why? i checked all... from syntax to API inclusion but i got no idea! The user exists as you can see from the screenshot attached.

Please give me a solution, thank you so much.
