Short Links not displaying in Dashboard

Hi,

I've added the shortlinks apps from google marketplace.

I've done all the configuration of CNAME on my provider but I can not see the app on my dashboard under

Your Google Apps or Your Marketplace Apps and in the settings section as well.

the url i've registered is tiny.patels.biz.

Am I doing something wrong?
