Please tell me that the Short Links service is still available

In my frustration to re-access the administration of Short Links, so that I could add some new links, I decided to remove the service and then add it back.

Ooops,I see that it is not available in the Market Place (http://www.google.com/enterprise/marketplace/ - from the link in https://support.google.com/a/answer/114245?hl=en document)

Please could you re-instate the service.  I have been using it to provide user friendly URL's for stand alone App Script applications.  It is a great service and would be a real pity if it is no longer available.

The domain on which I was using the service is integral.org
