Universal navigation link missing for some Marketplace apps

Hello all,

We have an issue currently with some users not seeing the universal navigation link for Marketplace apps, and for some users not being able to use OpenID authentication to Marketplace apps if their domain admins have OpenID disabled.  This should only be affecting new Google Apps users in the past week.  The issue is due to incorrect flags set on those users' accounts and we're working on setting the flag appropriately across all accounts ASAP.  We'll update this thread when the issue is completely resolved.
