Universal navigation bar - apps not appearing for some users

Our on-call engineers are investigating an issue where the apps are not appearing in the universal navigation bar for some users.

We'll update this thread as we have additional information.

Rollback in progress. The apps should be re-appearing in the More menu shortly.

Rollback complete. All apps should be appearing correctly in the More menu again.
