Apps fail to appear in Universal Navigation Bar > more ("Loading ...")

We are currently investigating a failure in the Universal Navigation
Bar.
Users are reporting that links to their installed applications do not
load, and that the "Loading..." text persists.
This appears to be happening for a wide range of users across multiple
applications.
We will update this notice as we learn more about the problem.

We believe we have fixed the problem.
If you still see problems with the links to Applications under "more
>" then please let us know in this thread:

If there is still a bug, please let us know which Google App (Mail,
Calendar, etc) is missing the link to your application under "more >".
