Provisioning API: High number of "Invalid Domain" failures when retrieving a customerId using OAuth

Hello developers:

As reported in our Google Admin Apps API forum, a large number of domains using the Provisioning API are receiving invalid domain (HTTP 401) responses when attempting to retrieve a customerId resource using OAuth.

We have identified the problem and are working on rolling out a solution as soon as possible.
