Resumable uploads currently not working in Google Documents List API

Hello,

We are currently investigating a severe issue with the Google Documents List API, in which resources uploaded using resumable upload are not being saved for some users.

The symptoms of the failure include:
- Receiving a 400 bad request after successfully initializing a resumable upload session.
- Receiving the error:
  <error>
    <domain>GData</domain>
    <code>InvalidEntryException</code>
    <internalReason>Sorry, there was an error saving the file. Please try again.</internalReason>
  </error>
</errors>

We will post back here as soon as we have an update.

We have identified part of the problem, and are conceiving a fix right now.  I will post here again as soon as I have an ETA for the fix.

Hi,

The issue has been resolved, and uploads are now working again.

The problem was caused by a data permissions error.  One of our internal data storage systems stopped allowing the Documents List API access to newly uploaded resources.  We have corrected the permissions issue, thus fixing uploads.

We are putting some changes in place to ensure that this cannot happen again.  Thanks so much for your patience during this outage.
