Currently experiencing widespread issues with the Documents List API

Hi everyone,

We are currently seeing increased latency that is causing increased HTTP 500 error responses when using the Google Documents List API.  This issue is being experienced with most GET operations to the API.

Our error rate has decreased, but is still not where it should be.  We are still investigating, and will have something soon.

Hi,

We're back to normal.  The outage was caused by increased latency in a service upon which the API depends.  The latency issue will be resolved as part of a larger project to decrease latency in that service.
