Lot of com.google.apphosting.runtime.HardDeadlineExceededError during startup of the application instance

Hi,

Started from today we see a lot of com.google.apphosting.runtime.HardDeadlineExceededError exceptions as well as com.google.apphosting.api.DeadlineExceededException during the startup of the application instances.

Our application worked fine for a month or more and the startup time was about 3-5 seconds. Today we can see the our application is not able to start at all and after the 30 seconds limit we get an exceptions.

No code changes were done, so it seems that this is not an application specific problem.

Any advices would be greatly appreciated!
