Google Play Service Cloud Saving - Reading data

I implemented GPS Cloud Save to my game, I was wondering if it is possible to access the user's save data outside of the app?

ie:

I have a backend server which and I would like to access those save files, is it possible?

You'd probably want to ask this on the Google Play Help Forum, as Cloud Saving is not part of Google App Engine.
