Hello I was using GCP for an app engine for my django project.

I downloaded and saved some data inside my GCP linux console and
I got really busy and some months passed,
and I got some email that I should log in to my console before it would be deleted
So I logged in to my console and I believed it won't be deleted.

And when I checked my project with console some weeks after,
all my project data was deleted ... !!

I was paying money for them and I don't know why it was deleted. ..

Is it possible to recover my deleted data?
Have you guys experienced something like this before? I am really frustrated
and for some weeks I was looking for some options to talk to GCP staffs about it
but couldnt find menu(so frustrating like the menu to get supports is like recursively
leading me to automated answer menu and FAQ without telling me the real contact button)

and I couldn't find any menu to get email ticket/support
since I am not paying for $29 plans etc... (I definitely paid for my project.. like on a
app engine activation basis...)

What should I do in this case?

Hi,
Sorry to hear that you are having an issue.  To clarify, when you say you "saved some data inside my GCP linux console", I'm assuming you mean Cloud Shell, because App Engine doesn't have anything along those lines.  Looking at the Cloud Shell documentation, they state:
If you don't access Cloud Shell for 120 days, your home disk is deleted. You are notified by email before the deletion. To prevent your home disk from being deleted, start a session. For sensitive data you want to store long term, consider a different solution on Cloud Storage.

If you are not referring to Cloud Shell, can you please clarify?  If you are using Cloud Shell, and you feel like your data was incorrectly deleted, you probably need to open a bug in the public issue tracker.

Best,
Matt

I'm very frustrated with Google's deletion policies too, every year the most frustrating time for me is logging into Google Admin once and hope that delayed the deletion

OP, I can't go anything for you but my sympathies are with you, hope you recover from this event
