Are there committed use discounts for appengine standard?

I know in the early days there were, but I can't find anything on it now.

I do not currently see any mention of a committed use discount for App Engine in the pricing documentation. Your best bet is to directly email the Sales Team as they are the correct resource for all pricing and discount information.
