How do I make SOCKS5 proxy on google cloud platform?

I have an application I want to run on my own PC but I would like the application to use a proxy so that my own IP is masked.

How can I do this on google cloud platform?

I just want access to the internet connection I do not need to utilise google server hardware resources.

Would appreciate any help on this.
