Huge spikes in requests per second recently

Hey,

Ever since a few days ago, my app is experiencing large spikes hitting
20 or so requests per second whereas the average is around 5 requests
per second. I'm a bit concerned

Previously it was reasonably even at around 3 to 5 requests per
second. The load on the server is no different now than it was a few
days ago. But the graph looks completely different!

Has the logic that calculates this graph changed recently?

Since a few days ago I report also this experiences.
For me it seem come from cached requests. (reqs type/seconds)

I've experienced the same. My app usually gets 20 - 50 requests per second. Since few days ago it has started to get spikes hitting up to ~150 requests per second. I don't see anything unusual in the logs. The load to my app should be quite constant, nothing like the graph shows. From the graph I would say there's a spike roughly once per hour.

Or Bing Found you

Or some one is DDoSing you

Could be your site is suddenly popular.
