Newbie question - Deploy Coursebuilder

Thought this was simple...can't get coursebuilder to deploy. Don't even know how this cloud thingy really work. Where can I get the basics?

I recommend that you start with the basics with the official site for Course Builder here.

This forum is dedicated to Google App Engine, which is a different product, so if you have any technical questions on Course Builder, I suggest that you post on the appropriate forum and the Course Builder community will be able to help you.
