Objective (IMO) analysis of Google App Engine Pricing, and how Google could alleviate concerns

Over the last week, I've tried to collect my thoughts into an objective and more constructive set of ideas on how the concerns may be alleviated. Hopefully the team, including +Ikai Lan, +Greg D'Alesandre, +Guido van Rossum, +Andrew Gerrand, +Johan Euphrosine ... gets some good feedback from this.
