How to update Managed AD password from .Net core application hosted in App Engine

Hi Firends,

Is there an option to update Managed active directory password from .net core without enabling TLS/SSL in AD?

Or please help me to enable SSL/TLS in Managed AD.

I have tried to use Novell LDAP library to update the password but it needs SSL/TLS enabled in AD
