JDO Transaction log.

I am doing a JDO transaction on Google App Engine. Every now and then, whenever the transaction fails to commit (catching JDOCanRetryException) I see a logging entry saying:

SEVERE: Operation commit failed on resource: org.datanucleus.store.appengine.DatastoreXAResource@7eda34f5, error code UNKNOWN and transaction: [DataNucleus Transaction, ID=Xid=

Is this only a JDO logging thing or is it more critical I should be worrying about?
