delete Master/Slave application after migration without deleting data

So i finally finished my migration to HIgh Replication, and i want to delete my old app so that i don't have to pay for it.  I disabled billing, but faster that you can say "i don't want this anymore" i have a payment due and can't delete the app.  the payment due is for storage of data that i just copied to HRD, and obviously don't need - i also don't want to pay hundreds to run the bulk delete tool.  Is there anything i can do, or should i just let the app languish with an ever-increasing balance due?
