I would like to develop applications on Google App Engine and Google Cloud Storage. But I would like to know if APIs support Python 3.0. Thanks!

No support yet, and nobody seems to know when support is coming.

"...and nobody seems to know when support is coming."

probably when it's possible to easily write web applications in python3. Though, web frameworks are starting to support it, it's not as easy going as python2.7, inevitably you will end up bringing in a library that doesn't support python 3 yet, or does but doesn't work quite right. It's too soon, give it time. We'll get there. We are a lot closer now than we were when a python 3 compatible version of the wsgi specification was agreed upon (some time last year IIRC).
