Empty applications list

I created a new application, but my application list (at https://appengine.google.com/start) is still empty.
I'm sure the application was correctly created because the Application Identifier is not available anymore, and I have have 9 applications remaining.

Someone had a similar issue a while ago, and it was related to Google
Apps account. You should check the list archive.
