Where is Google App Engine Eclipse 4.4 Plugin?

Hi,

I understand Eclipse Luna (4.4) was just released yesterday.  I am really excited using the new eclipse however the GAE plugin http://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/4.4  doesn't exist yet.

Is there a way to notify the google team this regarding?
