SERVER UNEXPECTEDLY CLOSED NETWORK CONNECTION

Hi, 
I am facing an issue while accessing my instance using ssh and while accessing it using putty i am getting the error SERVER UNEXPECTEDLY CLOSED NETWORK CONNECTION, can anyone please suggest me how to resolve this issue. Please revert back asap.
