Images service quotas and costs

I haven't found information about the quotas and costs for the Images service anywhere. Can someone point me there please?

i'm pretty sure you just pay for the blobstore and bandwidth costs. i
use the Images services heavily and as far as i can tell that's where
it shows up billing wise.

Makes sense.

A whole bunch of quotas are mentioned here but nowhere else. Looks like the image service is good value...
