Urgent - unable to deploy really important app

Hi
At the worst possible moment Appengine has decied to stop deploying my
app user-tagging.appspot.com
It hangs at 28% with the error...

I am experiencing the same issue. I was able to do a deploy about an hour ago, but now I'm getting that HTML-ified 500 server error.

Seems to be working again for me. It seemed to be impacting my HR
apps but *not* my master-slave apps.
