Does your app.yaml file specify the python27 runtime?

The python page tells me that I need to go to the appengine page to download and install. It also says installation instructions are here, but there isn't any. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but after installing and running the .msi file, and after installing the plugins, I can't seem to get the Hello World tutorial to work because of the unresolved import: webapp2.

I have:
Eclipse Juno (4.2)
Python 2.7
Downloaded and ran GoogleAppEngine-1.7.0.msi
Eclipse - Install New Software... - http://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/4.2

My Interpreter - Python Libraries includes:

C:\Python
C:\Python\DLLs
C:\Python\lib
C:\Python\lib\site-packages
C:\Python\lib\plat-win
C:\Python\lib\lib-tk

How do I get the Google AppEngine SDK into my Python Path?
