xmpp and new pricing model

Hi,

 

I'm looking for cloud service for my xmpp based social app.

Google App Engine is best solution, but I'm confused about new pricing model.

 

Old pricing model: 46,000,000 api call per day for free (http://code.google.com/intl/en/appengine/docs/quotas.html#XMPP)

New pricing model: 1000 stanzas per day for free + $0.01/1k stanza (http://www.google.com/enterprise/cloud/appengine/pricing.html)

 

Can anyone explain total cost for sending 100k and receiving 100k xmpp messages per day?

It is true that now I need to pay $13800/month for send or receive 46,000,000 messages per day (was free before)?

cost for sending 100k stanza should be (100 - 1) * 0.01$ = 0.99$

there should be no XMPP cost for receiving messages as all the received messages are converted into HTTP request ...
