Have you tried to login with incognite window?

Can you file a production issue at:

http://code.google.com/p/googleappengine/issues/list

with little more details like bellow?

* whether you have tried it with incognite window

* A pair of URLs on which the redirection happens(you can see this by chrome dev tools)

* from which country you're accessing
