String key building

Hi everybody,

Simple question :

I would like to build an entity string key from a string parent key and a child entity name and kind from javascript (client side).

Is it possible ?  I've tried to do a bit of reverse engineering with a base64 decoder without much success, there is still some bytes I dont understand.
