I am unable to whitelist my own home IP address.  I have entered in both the IPv4 and IPv6 addresses into the firewall rules and it always says forbidden when I try to access my staging app. My ISP is Google Fiber, although I don't know why that would make a difference?

I am able to whitelist my entire team, multiple locations and IP addresses and it works without any for literally everyone I have added. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can troubleshoot this? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Cheers.

The home IP address which you are trying to whitelist, is it public IP or private IP?
Because you cannot whitelist the private IP. Also, Is your home IP static or dynamic?
If its dynamic, then the dynamic IP always changes and it’s hard to whitelist it. See the link below for more details.
