Verification Issue App Engine Account

Hey guys,

Recently i was trying to sign up for the app engine and i entered my number to receive the verification. I've submitted my number 3 times and then I've been told I can no longer register. I keep getting this message.

 ← The phone number has been sent too many messages or has already been used to confirm an account.

Has anyone else experienced this error and been rectified?

I am having the same issue.  I also filled out the error form about a week ago, but no response and no joy.

 

Any help, Google?
