Leaving Grace Period - Can't make the payment..

Hi,

I would like your help for the following issue:

On the Billing Settings page I got the following error :
Billing StatusLeaving Grace Period
Your account has been locked while we process your payment. If you did not complete the Google Checkout process, your settings will remain unchanged. (You will be able to make changes to your budget settings again once the outstanding payment is processed.) 
Billing Administrator: None
Since the last billing adminstrator had a payment fail, there isn't a billing administrator.
This is due to my credit card which was blocked a week ago, but it's now fine and I would like to make the payment quickly to make some change to the Billing settings.. I want to enable Backend ASAP and I'm blocked now. Where can I proceed the payment? 

My App ID is : Faveous (faveous.appspot.com)
