Hi
Probably on this page https://cloud.google.com/appengine/articles/logging is some mestake. java.util.logging.Logger doasn't have DEBUG, CRITICAL and ERROR. Am I right?

Yes, you're right. The levels listed are from the Python SDK, not the Java SDK. I've submitted a request to have this corrected (you can also do this by using the 'Send feedback' link on any of the documentation pages). For reference the correct levels are:
SEVERE
WARNING
INFO
CONFIG
FINE
FINER
FINEST
