Sudden increase of queries response time around [25/Oct/2012:16:09:37 -0700] ?

Hi,

Our datastore queries have an average response time of around 300 ms.

During the following period : [25/Oct/2012:16:06:59 -0700] until [25/Oct/2012:16:15:12 -0700] we have seen that the same datastore queries went up to 99000 ms. This led to queries throwing exceptions due to deadline exceeded exception.

Has someone encountered the same issue ?
