I was using the free version of GCP until last month.

I didn't plan to use it in the future, so I decided to delete my billing account.

Then, "End" was displayed without permission in the status of the account.

Next, I deleted all the projects I created so far.

Will there be any charges in this state in the future?

Closing an active Cloud Billing account stops all billable services in any projects linked to the account, such as running VM instances or storage buckets. [1]

You would not be charged in the future as there would be no billable services.
