For unknown reason, beginning from today I'm receiving 503 Service Unavailable when our users try to upload any files to the GCS. Our system was implemented according to https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/php/googlestorage/user_upload and worked fine until today and we have not made any changes in 2 months.
What's happening?

OK after a few hours of debug I discovered that simply renaming the file will solve the problem, looks like that particular file is blocked but I got no clue / notification why, just 503 errors, not very helpful.
