Hi Grant,

Is gr...@grantheaslip.ca the e-mail address which you're using when the issue occurs?
Have you created any app engine application with this account before you deleted the account?

I figured out that the account 'gr...@grantheaslip.ca' doesn't own any app. I've just fixed your account, so please go to the admin console again.
If you're using another account, please let me know.

I have a similar issue. 
I started using it with the app id mouseymicesite and the email ad...@mouseymice.com. I've since deleted the email and recreated it, resigned up for Google App Engine, created a new app with id mouseymicewebsite, and now have this same error. mouseymicesite is still running but I can't update it or access it.

Hi,  The problem in my case turned out to be two thing.  One was that an app I had installed was withdrawn from the Store.  In this case, in the Admin panel you will see the HASH key of the app, rather than the name of the App.  Remove the HashKey entry from your Admin panel deployment.
The second was a simple one,  make sure the app in question is not being deployed at the OU level independant of the domain.  e.g  Removed at Domain level of the OU structure, but some OU's do not inherit, and the App is still deployed at the OU.

This thread is pretty old, but I'm experiencing the redirect loop problem on my app engine account (I've tried incognito window - everything). Are you still able to help? Or do you know who could?

Hi Takashi,

I accidentally deleted my Google Business account and I lost all of my records. It is not recoverable. But when I recreate the account, I cannot access https://appengine.google.com/start anymore due to "too many redirects". Please help.
