Someone using my free google cloud account. What should i do?

I search google cloud free. At the free page list. I clicked console at the top right. I was suprised i not need to login. Even tho register in page previusly. And I browse for a while then i noticed no project, and click it. And no project in recent. I think i need to pay first to make project. Click tab all. There was 2 project. One was very active even thou i never used google cloud for years.

I don't know what to do. Should I delete it ? How to delete it ?  Any help would be appriciated. Thank you.

From my understanding of your issue description, you might had been granted access to a project by error.

Are you still facing the issue? Could you please confirm if you still have access to that project from the screenshots that you shared?

My assumption is that someone granted you access to a project by mistake and later revoked it.
