"NullPointerException" with Eclipse 3.7

Hi,

I was using Eclipse 3.7, with the latest GPE/GWT package. I was trying to create a HTML file by right-clicking on the package->New->HTML Page, then I filled in the name and clicked on the 'Finish' button. The file is not created, and the dialog does not response. And below exception was occurred.

Is it a bug?
