Wordpress ok - now how can I redirect my domain?

Hi there!

I have installed wordpress on Google Cloud, also created a DNS zone. How can I direct my domain to my wordpress @ Google Cloud Platform?

Hey Lucas,

Could you clarify what you mean by "Installed Wordpress on Google Cloud"? Is this an App Engine or Compute Engine installation? Have you checked the documentation on how to perform custom domains mapping for App Engine? If you're on Compute Engine, you can simply create an HTTP Load Balancer to your Compute Engine instance and point the A-record at your DNS zone towards the load balancer's IP.

Hey Lucas,

If the instance is on Compute Engine, you should see the recommendations in my first comment about using an HTTP(S) Load Balancer's IP address in the DNS records. You can also take a look at the documentation tutorial on setting up a LAMP server, since WordPress is basically LAMP. Let me know if you have any further questions after taking a look at these documents!
