appengine.google.com is really slow and our app is death

Hello, 

Are there any performance issues with GAE? . We don't have any new deployments but our app is un-responsive and appengine.google.com is woking really slow.

I was able to access briefly http://code.google.com/status/appengine

(not anymore) and they say they are investigating.
