python 3.7 standard runtime release schedule?

Apologies if this has already been asked, but now that python 3.7 standard has been announced, what is the timeframe?  Is there an alpha signup yet?

Hello Eric,

Even though the Python 3.7 runtime for App Engine standard was announced here, its document has not been updated yet. You can also follow up on the release notes here.

As for the form to be an Alpha tester, it is no longer accepting submissions.

Is there a document that describes the differences between Python 3 standard and flex?   At a quick glance at least the interface for Python 3 standard looks very similar to flex.  Thanks.
