It's your application's service account address. It's not an email address (although it looks like one); it's a name that your application can authorize under when using other Google services, such as Google Cloud Storage.

All App Engine IDs have a gserviceaccount address. It's a necessary component of authorizing into many other Google services.

yea, but i did not make this app in the cloud. I did not verify or allow this application. I would think that I would know about it if I was listed as the owner. Something sounds fishy to me... and I will complain
