Hi,

I disabled my test GAE instance for now to be sure I am not going to be billed.
By doing so, an idea came across.

Why not allow us to create an GAE instance bind to price/month ?

A few levels like free, $5/month,$10/month ...

Just an idea

Of course $5/month is not possible as $9 is the minimum...

Basically I am hoping to see my app will stop working once the $9/month cpu/data quota has been used up  for that month. And resume working next month. Is this possible currently ?

Hi TJ,

We don't currently support that type of threshold on a monthly basis,
but we do on a daily basis.
When you sign up for billing, you specify a daily budget. If you
exceed your specified daily budget, your app will stop serving for the
remainder of that day and will be available again the next day.

Hi, Alon

We don't currently support that type of threshold on a monthly basis,
but we do on a daily basis.

Thanks, this daily quota is even better. Thanks for the info.
