Isn't this a client-side library? GAE is a server-side hosting service.

Physics engines can run on both server and client.

In that case I'm afraid it might be a case of suck-it-and-see, as there are a number of whitelisted JRE classes which you are allowed to use.
If the library uses any classes which are outside of this whitelist, then I'm afraid you might be out of luck unless you can code a workaround.
